Return Policy

Online Policy: If you have any issues with your item, please contact us. Uno One Design offers an online store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping charges are not included in the final amount for store credit. Any shipping charges due to exchanging items are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any cancelled online order is subject to a 10% Restocking Fee to cover third party fees we do not get back. Any return requested outside of the 14 day window will NOT be honored. Any *Launch day or *Quick Strike items are NOT eligible for return. Any items marked “on sale” or “final sale” are non returnable. Products must be placed in a shipping box to be eligible for return.

Risks of Fraud- If our system flags your order as any risk of fraud, the order is refunded and subject to a 10% fee due to third party processing fees that we as a company do not receive back.

Terms- All items must be returned with the original accessories included. This means original box, tags, laces, inserts, etc as these are a part of the product. All items must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and in the condition in which they were purchased in. All items such as socks and underwear are final sales.

Legal- Uno One Design is entitled the right to refuse any return for any reason. We bear the right to deal with returns on a case by case basis. However, any returns that meet are policy’s guidelines will be accepted. We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing Uno One Design!
